What equipment do I need to provide?
Nothing at all! Our professional therapist arrives with a portable massage table, fresh luxury linens, organic oils, peaceful soundscape music, and all necessary spa equipment. All you need to provide is a small clear space (roughly 6x9 ft) in your room.
Where can I receive my massage session?
We visit your direct location — including your home, apartment, hotel room, resort suite, or private office space.
Are your massage therapists certified and background-checked?
Yes, 100%. Every single member of our team is fully certified, licensed, extensively trained, and thoroughly background-checked for your total safety, peace of mind, and comfort.
How far in advance should I book my session?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. We also offer same-day appointments subject to therapist availability.
What should I wear during the massage?
You can undress to your comfort level. During the massage, you will be professionally draped with sheets at all times; only the body area actively being worked on will be uncovered.
How do couples massages work?
For couples massages, two certified therapists arrive together with two tables and setup side-by-side so you and your partner can enjoy your massage sessions simultaneously.
